Returns Policy & Shipping

Thanks for shopping at Woof Love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 
 

Change of mind/ Exchange

If you've had a change of mind, you can return your item(s) within 10 calendar days of receiving them. Item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as they arrived and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
 

If you choose to return the item, please notify us as soon as possible (within the 10 calendar days) at: wooflove.au@gmail.com.

Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer or company branded on the item.
 

Once received back at Woof Love head quarters, we will inspect the items(s) and notify you of your eligibility for either a refund, exchange or store credit. 

 

Please note: Sale items are not eligible for a refund, however you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. 
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund eligibility. If your refund is approved, we will process and credit your original payment method within 7-10 business days.  The refunded amount will exclude shipping fees. 

If your refund has not processed after 10 business days, please contact your bank in the first instance.

 

If upon inspection, your return does not qualify you for a refund we will offer you a remedy.

Damaged or Faulty Items

First of all, we are so sorry that your item was not up to our usual quality and standards. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving item and we will provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping Details

Woof Love is exclusive to Australian customers. We do not offer international shipping.


We ship your item(s) using Australia Post delivery service. We offer a $9.99 Standard postage fee and $14.99 Express postage.

For wholesalers, we offer $16.99 Standard or $19.99 Express postage. This is 
due to the size and weight of wholesale orders.

Free pick up is also offered to Canberra customers. (See below for more information).

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number of your package.

 

Shipping times are dependent on the services of Australia Post. Delays are notified by Australia post via email, text or on their website.
 

 

Lost Packages

Woof Love is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
 

For tracking and delay updates, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number, as they may be able to assist.

Please ensure that your address is correct on your order. If the address is incorrect, while we are not liable, please get in touch as the parcel may be returned to us and we can organise to resend it to you for an additional postage fee.

Pick up

Do you live in Canberra, Australia? - Great news, you can take advantage of our free pick up service.

 

Simply click the drop menu under 'Shipping' and change it to 'Pick Up' at the check out.

Once your item(s) have been processed, we will contact you to organise a suitable day and time. Please kindly wait for us to contact you before arriving.

During COVID, please ensure to wear a mask at collection. It is vital so that we can protect those most vulnerable .

Processing Time

Once payment is received, please allow 1-3 business days for all items (excluding customised/ personalised items) to be shipped.

For customised and personalised items, please allow 2-10 business days for these items to be shipped.
